The eBook and online course through the American Heart Association are included and must be completed before hands-on instruction.

American Heart Association BLS Provider course for healthcare professionals includes: Online Training Course, Student eBook, In-Person Hands On Skills Practical Test with our instructor(s), and eCard upon successful completion of the course. Note: After completing the online course, the in-person hands on skills practical testing should be scheduled with our instructor(s) within 48 hours and must completed within 60 days to avoid forfeiture of certification. The electronic certification card will deliver within 24 hours after successfully completing the skills practical.

The hands on in-person Skills Practical testing includes: Performing High‑Quality CPR for Adult, Child, and Infant using Pocket Mask barrier device, Bag‑Mask Ventilation (BVM), AED Operation & Team‑Based Resuscitation.
